adsl speed test

Hi,
When I do the speed test at http://www.adslguide.org.uk/ it starts the test then application request pops up asking if I want to allow it as a bittorrent rule, I have allowed this but does not work, did the test again and did a custom rule

Protocol-TCP
Direction-Outward bound
Remote Host- www.adslguide.org.uk 80.249.99.125
Remote Port-8081
Allow it

It still does not finish the test, if I turn outpost of it does the test ok,can anyone point me in the right direction as to what rules I should be trying to set.

Have looked at it seems I will have to shut down outpost to do the test.

What is showing up in your logs?
When I do adsl reporting at dslreports.com I found that I have to allow ads and most all active content for that site.
If you don't want to set rules for the site permanently, just disable add blocking and AC blocking till finished testing.

There's something at this site. I turned off all my plugins, rebooted and I too could not get it to work unless I turned off OP. I have no idea what the heck is going on.
